B. Shopping Lists, Receipts & Barcode Data

Custom grocery lists, pantry items, barcode lookups, and paper supermarket receipts uploaded for Optical Character Recognition (OCR) spend tracking. Barcode catalogues are cached locally on your device to enable offline functionality.

C. AI Interactions & Chat Prompts

Conversational queries, meal planning requests, and ingredient swap questions submitted to “Ask Suki AI” and “Chef Suki”.

D. Payment & Billing Details

For paid Pro subscriptions, transactions are processed exclusively through the official Google Play Store in-app billing platform. GrocerIQ never collects, accesses, or stores raw credit card numbers, bank details, or e-wallet PINs on our servers.

E. Device & Diagnostics Data

Device model, operating system version, anonymous installation identifiers, crash diagnostics, and aggregated interaction metrics to ensure app stability and performance.

4. Generative AI Processing Disclosures

Our AI features (“Ask Suki AI” and “Chef Suki”) utilize secure cloud-based integrations with accredited generative artificial intelligence service providers.

  • Conversational prompt text is transmitted over encrypted communication channels (TLS 1.3).
  • No Model Training on Private Data:Under our commercial service agreements, your private queries and conversational inputs are not used to train public generative AI models.
  • You should not submit sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, passwords, or financial account details) into conversational prompts.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal data. We disclose data solely to trusted service providers bound by strict confidentiality and data protection obligations:
